Return Policy

At Mexi-Can Cultura, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. While we can offer returns for some items, please note that all returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be in original condition, unused, and unwashed in order to be considered for a return.

• It is at our sole discretion whether an item is eligible for a refund.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and are not the responsibility of Mexi-Can Cultura. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

• Please note that damaged items will not be accepted. We recommend returning items with the same care and packaging in which they were originally shipped to you.

• Requests must be made within 30 Days of receiving your package.

Important Reminder: Our refund guarantee does not apply to any items that are not in their original condition upon return.
